About the label: Hilo Hattie’s Hawaii
Hawaiian resort-wear brand Hilo Hattie’s began operations on the island of Kauai and the International Marketplace in Waikiki, Oahu in 1963. It’s now Hawaii’s largest retailer and manufacturer of Hawaiian fashions and gifts. The company was founded by Clarissa “Clara” Haili, born in 1901. A school teacher originally, Hilo became famous for her hula dancing and singing. She legally changed her name to Hilo Hattie in 1942 and founded Hilo Hattie’s in the 1960s which is still operational today.

Please note, I’m modelling this one and in this picture, I was a size 10 with a D cup bust. The top still had some give on me. I’m only 148cm tall (approx. 4’11”) so if you are average or tall in height, please take that into consideration, as this top will fall differently on you.
